InFiNe is pleased to announce our upcoming Knowledge Sharing Event featuring member organization Université du Luxembourg.

This session will present her thesis on how new technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Distributed Ledger Technology (together “ABCD”), can enhance investor protection and efficiency in fund governance. It will explain practical use cases for fund managers and depositories and introduce the concept of Technology-Oriented Risk Regulation (TORR), a new regulatory approach designed to address technological risks while improving legal certainty and harmonisation across EU fund frameworks.

The programme will feature a presentation of Dr. Künzel’s thesis, followed by an interactive Q&A session moderated by InFiNe.
