On 15 April 2026, InFiNe hosted a new Knowledge Sharing Event in collaboration with the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT), bringing together members for an interactive exchange on learning, innovation, and talent development within the financial ecosystem.
The session provided an opportunity for participants to engage in an open discussion around the question: “How do we learn fast?”

Around the table, participants shared their perspectives and personal approaches to learning. Some emphasised the importance of theoretical foundations and structured knowledge, while others highlighted the value of learning by doing, experimentation, and practice. The discussion also touched on the use of various tools, including digital solutions and artificial intelligence, as well as peer exchange and continuous learning environments.
This diversity of viewpoints reflected the richness of the network and reinforced the importance of combining different learning methods to adapt to a rapidly evolving sector.
The event also featured a presentation by Antony Martini, Head of Education & Talent at the LHoFT, who shared insights into the organisation’s activities in supporting fintech talent development, education initiatives, and recruitment within the ecosystem.
In addition, Annabelle Fonteneau, Head of Accelerating Programmes at the LHoFT, presented the Catapult programme, highlighting its role in supporting fintech innovation through acceleration, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. She also emphasised the strong involvement of ecosystem actors, including InFiNe members, in contributing to the programme’s success through active participation and expertise sharing.

This Knowledge Sharing Event once again illustrated the importance of dialogue, co-creation, and knowledge exchange in strengthening the inclusive finance ecosystem in Luxembourg. By bringing together diverse perspectives, the session contributed to building a shared understanding of current challenges and opportunities.
