On 11 June 2026, practitioners from across the impact investing ecosystem gathered in Luxembourg for the lunch conference “Impact-driven Fund Models: Introducing the Funds Impact Term Sheet”, organised by LISI and CMS Luxembourg, in partnership with Innpact and Accelerating Impact.
The event explored how investment fund models can better embed impact objectives while addressing legal barriers that may hinder the development of impact-driven funds. Discussions were informed by the results of a market survey, providing valuable insights into current fund structures, emerging practices and opportunities for innovation.
A key objective of the event was to collect feedback that will inform the development of the Funds Impact Term Sheet, an open and collaborative framework designed to help integrate impact considerations into fund structuring. The term sheet is currently under development, with contributions gathered through both the survey and the June workshop forming the basis of the next phase of the project.
InFiNe welcomes this collaborative initiative led by CMS Luxembourg, Accelerating Impact and Innpact, which aims to strengthen the impact investing ecosystem through practical and accessible legal tools.
InFiNe members with questions, ideas or suggestions on what should be reflected in the Funds Impact Term Sheet are warmly invited to get in touch and contribute to this ongoing initiative.
