ADA Is Recruiting to Strengthen Its Impact Finance Team
InFiNe member ADA is currently recruiting for two new positions, offering professionals the opportunity to contribute to an organisation at the forefront of impact finance and inclusive development.
For more than 30 years, ADA has been leveraging impact finance to improve the living conditions of vulnerable populations across Africa, Latin America and Asia. Through technical assistance, innovative financial solutions and strategic partnerships, ADA supports local actors in building more inclusive, resilient and sustainable economies.
The organisation is currently seeking to fill two key positions:
Head of Knowledge Management, responsible for driving and fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organisation. Applications close on 5 July 2026.
Programme Officer – Inclusive Climate Finance Initiative (ICFI), supporting the implementation and development of ADA’s climate finance programme in Central America and the Dominican Republic, helping channel climate finance to vulnerable communities. Applications close on 20 July 2026.
