On 30 October, InFiNe took part in FinTech Recruits 2026 at Luxexpo The Box in Luxembourg, supporting the Inclusive & Sustainable Finance Village and helping bring greater visibility to career opportunities in inclusive and impact finance.

Bringing together organisations from across finance, technology and innovation, FinTech Recruits offered students, graduates and professionals an opportunity to meet employers and explore the range of career paths available in the sector.
Alongside the European Investment Bank (EIB), ADA, e-MFP and LHoFT Catapult, InFiNe helped introduce visitors to the organisations working to make financial services more accessible and responsive to people’s needs. The Village highlighted the breadth of expertise behind this work, extending well beyond traditional financial roles.
Inclusive and impact finance draws on a wide range of disciplines, including technology, data, research, investment, risk management, project management, communication and international development. It also calls for professionals able to understand different contexts, engage with diverse stakeholders and contribute to solutions that respond to the realities of underserved communities.
For InFiNe, engaging with students and professionals is part of a broader effort to strengthen connections across Luxembourg’s inclusive and impact finance ecosystem. Making the sector and its career paths more visible can help attract new skills and perspectives, while introducing a new generation to the organisations and work advancing financial inclusion.
By supporting the Inclusive & Sustainable Finance Village, InFiNe contributed to opening up this conversation and highlighting the people and expertise that will help shape the sector’s future.
For those interested in pursuing a career in the sector, InFiNe members or partners, ADA and LSFI, are currently recruiting in Luxembourg:
