For more than 5 months now, most of InFiNe.lu’s members are remotely working to implement and monitor projects in not-for-profit and private organisations. New processes and methodologies have been put into place. The goal of the workshop is to share InFiNe.lu’s members experiences in order to identify the best practices.
The workshop will be online and moderated by Sophie Lafleur, Mandeleo, Trainer – Facilitator in Human Resources.
Biography of Sophie Lafleur
With a technical background (Masters in Hydrogeology), Sophie Lafleur has evolved over twenty years in the field of development cooperation. Expatriate for more than ten years in Africa, she has a varied career as a trainer, emergency officer, project and team manager. During the last 12 years, Sophie has dedicated herself more specifically to the human resources components. Fascinated by human behaviour, people management is the common thread of her professional development. Her area of expertise is linked to personal behaviour and the capacity to change. She supports businesses, organisations and individuals with projects in adapting to present and future needs.
