Violette Cubier, InFiNe.lu grantee to follow a Boulder training

Who is Violette Cubier?

Violette Cubier has 8 years of experience in the microfinance field. After some volunteer work with the Pan-American Development Foundation in Colombia, she started her career in 2013 as an analyst and then as an investment manager at Babyloan, a French crowdfunding platform specialised in microfinance. She then joined the Grameen Crédit Agricole Microfinance Foundation in 2016 as an Investment Officer, where she carried out more than 25 due diligence, monitoring and prospection missions of MFIs based in East Africa, West Africa and the MENA region. Since March 2020, she is managing the Technical Assistance programmes of the Foundation.

Violette holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris, specialising in International Economic Policy. She speaks French, Spanish and English.

Violette was granted an InFiNe.lu scholarship to attend the Boulder Digital Transformation of MFIs training (DT-MFI). This year, the course is delivered online over 10 weeks.
