This year’s learning event – entitled Customer Centricity: Enabling Financial Choices and Positive Outcomes for Low-Income Customers – is an event jointly organized by SPTF, CGAP, Dvara and LeapFrog Investments. The goal is to influence financial service providers, investors, and policymakers to adopt a business model that is based on understanding and serving the unique and diverse needs of poor people.

The meeting will build on the knowledge shared in CGAP’s new Customer-Centric Guide, which offers guidance on how organizations can move toward customer-centric business models.
