Launch of the 1st Microfinance Training Center in Tunisia
The first Microfinance Training Center has been inaugurated in Tunisia.
This project has been made possible thanks to the collaboration between Luxembourg based actors – The Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, EIB, ADA – and the Republic of Tunisia.
The goal of the project is to strenghten the capacity of microfinance stakeholders in Tunisia. A large number of courses will be given on a regular basis in order to accelerate the professionalisation of the actors inside the country. Two Professional certifications will be implemented to qualify both the management and loan officers of microfinance institutions in Tunisia.
