While agriculture has not yet been hit as hard as other sectors, COVID-related challenges in the coming months loom on top of the structural barriers that have hampered the growth of CSAF members’ lending over the past four years.
CSAF (Council of Smallholder Agricultural Finance) is deeply concerned about the impact of these disruptions on smallholder farmers and rural communities. As social lenders, CSAF members affirm their commitment to working in partnership with their clients to support them through these difficult times.
