Cerise+SPTF has published a comprehensive report exploring how social investors can transform theories of change and outcomes management into actionable tools for inclusive finance within the Sustainable Outcomes Management Project. The initiative represents a collaborative effort with partners Abler Nordic, Impact Fund Denmark (formerly IFU), Norfund, and Incofin Investment Management.
The report, titled “Bringing the Theory of Change of Financial Service Providers into the Business Strategy for Value Creation,” examines how investors can foster collaboration with inclusive finance providers and cultivate a culture where outcomes data drives decision-making. According to Cerise+SPTF, this approach represents more than just a framework: it’s a culture shift that puts outcomes at the center of impact investing.

To share insights from the research, Cerise+SPTF will host a public webinar on September 25th, 2025, from 1:30 to 3:00 PM CEST. The session will present lessons learned and best practices for measuring and managing outcomes for inclusive finance customers.
The Sustainable Outcomes Management Project aims to promote strong outcomes measurement and management by financial service providers, investors, and agribusinesses through sharing good practices, developing resources and tools, and providing direct support to mission-driven organizations working toward financial inclusion.
