About Us Accelerating Impact

Accelerating Impact is an independent non-profit initiative, set up as a public-private partnership, with a mission to accelerate the creation of innovative impact finance funds by supporting first- or second-time fund managers financially and technically in the launch process.

As a small and collaborative team, we believe that how we work is just as important as what we work on. Our environment is grounded in trust, mutual respect, and open communication. We value thoughtful dialogue and constructive exchange as part of our everyday process. Everyone on the team is encouraged to contribute ideas, share perspectives, and help shape our work as it evolves.

Given our size, each team member plays a meaningful role across different aspects of the organisation. This creates opportunities for broad, hands-on exposure to impact investing, fund structuring, and the wider sustainable finance ecosystem. We are committed to maintaining a calm, professional, and supportive work environment where feedback is shared openly and individual growth is actively nurtured.

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the values of impact finance. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, recognizing that diverse perspectives are essential to designing financial solutions that are both innovative and equitable.

We are looking for a Programme Associate or Analyst to join our team within the climate acceleration programme (ICFA).
