The International Social Finance Accelerator (ISFA) is now accepting Expressions of Interest until 10 January 2026. This multi-year acceleration programme powered by Accelerating Impact supports early-stage impact fund managers with innovative social investment strategies.
Building on the achievements of the International Climate Finance Accelerator (ICFA) programme, and as part of ongoing efforts to drive and channel impact investments through innovative financing mechanisms, Accelerating Impact launched the International Social Finance Accelerator (ISFA) in 2024. Both the ICFA and ISFA programmes are powered by Accelerating Impact, ensuring continued support for innovative social and climate-focused innovative impact investment strategies.
The ISFA programme, focused on accelerating emerging investment managers dedicated to social impact, has been made possible through the support of the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defence, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade.
The programme supports fund managers with investment strategies contributing to decent work across the value-chain, adequate living standards and wellbeing, and inclusive and sustainable communities, who are in their start-up phase and ready to fundraise.
Selected fund managers benefit from our vibrant community of industry experts and fellow impact practitioners, expert coaching, tailored training, networking opportunities, and enhanced visibility in addition to access to working capital.
The inaugural ISFA 2025 Cohort consists of 4 fund managers with different backgrounds around gender lens, insurance tech and SMEs development both in Africa and Latin America. More information on our cohorts can be found on our website: https://acceleratingimpact.org/our-cohorts/
For the ISFA 2026 Cohort, fund managers that would like to benefit from our programme can submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) between 10 November 2025 to 10 January 2026. Interested applicants are invited to review the ISFA eligibility and selection criteria and they can apply to the programme here: https://www.isfa.lu/apply-for-support
Furthermore, we will be hosting a webinar on 26 November. This session will provide more details about the selection process and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have: Webinar Registration
