InFiNe members ADA and GGGI Luxembourg have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to advance inclusive, climate-resilient development in emerging countries.
On October 8, 2025, the two Luxembourg-based organizations formalized their partnership with the aim of strengthening green planning frameworks, mobilizing investments, and promoting South-South cooperation in support of the 2030 Agenda and the Paris Agreement.
The collaboration brings together ADA’s expertise in microfinance and local development with GGGI’s global mission to catalyze green growth. As Laura Foschi, Executive Director of ADA, emphasized: “At ADA, we believe that empowering vulnerable communities with access to inclusive finance is essential for a just and sustainable green transition. This partnership with GGGI allows us to amplify our impact, ensuring that local initiatives can grow into transformative solutions that create opportunities for future generations.”
Julie Godin, Head of GGGI Luxembourg, added: “This MoU reflects our mutual dedication to accelerating the green transition by empowering institutions with the tools and resources they need to thrive sustainably.”
Through this partnership, both organizations will work together to strengthen national, sub-national, and local frameworks for green growth planning, financing, and institutional development; mobilize and scale up public and private green investments; and enhance knowledge exchange on sustainable development best practices.

This partnership exemplifies the synergies within Luxembourg’s inclusive finance ecosystem and demonstrates how collaboration between InFiNe members can drive meaningful impact toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
