Finance for Resilience (VIE/039, 2025-2026, €2 million) tackles the challenges faced by smallholder farmers in Hue City, where over 45% of the workforce depends on agriculture, through climate-smart agriculture, inclusive finance solutions, and knowledge sharing.
Climate Adaptation and Resilience in Hue (CARe Hue – VIE/301, 2025-2029, $10 million) strengthens climate resilience through early warning systems, ecosystem restoration, and innovative financial mechanisms.
Both projects seek collaboration with InFiNe members on knowledge sharing, private sector engagement, and synergies for greater impact.
Mrs. Hien Bui Thi Mai brings over 25 years of experience in capital market development, climate adaptation economics, and inclusive finance in Vietnam and Laos. An Expert in Sustainable Agriculture Finance currently pursuing an MSc in Carbon Management, she specializes in developing bankable business cases that enhance climate-economic resilience and support gender-responsive initiatives.
