Cerise+SPTF Hosts Dual Webinar Series on Digital and Green Skills Development

Cerise+SPTF and their partner Microfinance Centre are presenting a hands-on webinar series under the Transform Together Fund, showcasing innovative projects developed with grants of up to €50,000. These initiatives have been tested in real contexts and are already making a difference in building green and digital skills among microfinance clients.

The first webinar, “Digital Self-Service Platforms for Vulnerable Clients: Improving Green and Digital Skills,” takes place on June 26 (11:00–12:30 CET). Co-organized with Microfinance Centre under the Transform Together Fund, this session showcases three innovative digital solutions:

  • Filbo’s AI-powered chatbot Hermina supporting green project implementation in Romania,
  • Adie’s urban entrepreneur platform guiding French users toward sustainable business solutions,
  • and Associazione Microlab ODV’s work empowering Italian women with digital marketing skills.

The second webinar on July 1 (11:00–12:30 CET) focuses on “Improving Green and Digital Skills of Clients in Rural Areas Through Direct and Online Engagement.” Four European microfinance organizations will share their experiences:

  • 3Bank (Serbia) enabling digital loan processes for farmers,
  • COOPFIN (Italy) building digital marketing skills among rural women in Sardinia,
  • FAER IFN (Romania) implementing soil management best practices,
  • and FDPA (Poland) educating beneficiaries in precision agriculture and digital marketing.

Both sessions offer practical insights into implementation challenges, impact measurement, and replication opportunities for microfinance practitioners working with vulnerable and rural populations.
