On September 19th 2014, the Second Selection Committee for the 5th European Microfinance Award on Microfinance and the Environment selected the three Finalists who will go on to compete for the €100,000 prize. The winner will be chosen by the High Jury on 13 November 2014.
The three finalists are:
ESAF Microfinance and Investments in India
Kompanion Financial Group in Kyrgyzstan
XacBank LLC in Mongolia
The European Microfinance Award is organised jointly by the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs – Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs, the Inclusive Finance Network Luxembourg Asbl and the European Microfinance Platform (e-MFP).
